Hi folks,

I'm having some issues logging into O4W, I'm sure i have missed something, but I can't put my finger on it!

I've setup a test install of O4W 1.2 on Windows Server 2008. It runs successfully at localhost/examples/start.htm and when i click Users under O4W Maintenance It takes me to the login page at http://localhost/examples/oecgi3.exe/O4W_LOGIN?O4WLogon=O4W_RUN_FORM&INQID=USER_MGMT

Here I input the default login/pass (in CAPS.

Now for the problem, once I click the Login button I my browser goes to this page http://localhost/examples/oecgi3.exe/O4W_RUN_FORM?INQID=USER_MGMT then quickly directs me back to the login page to login again.

Any ideas what I am missing here?

Thanks,

David

Hi, David. Can you tell me what type and version of browser you're trying this from?

Is it possible that your browser is set up to reject cookies? O4W uses cookies to identify you once you've successfully logged in.

You might also want to clear your browser cache - sometimes (especially with Internet Explorer) the browser incorrectly thinks it's seen a page and retrieves it from cache rather than requesting the latest version of the page.

Thanks,

Bryan,

I have tried on both IE9 and Firefox10. Both have the same issue. I have also tried clearing the cache with no luck.

Could it be the registry settings? Thy are as follows
