Oengine issues - OI 9.3 (OEngine Server)

Did anything change on this server recently? New patch? New A/V?

It's a 2008 Windows server. The last patches were applied a couple of weeks ago. Oengine has been running without issues since then. I double checked the firewall settings and everything looks good.
