MessageBeep only works on the defaults provided, question, exclamation and so forth. If you want to play the mail sounds, you'll need to play the sound file yourself.

You can find the current mail sound at this registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\Schemes\Apps\.Default\MailBeep\.Current
