I Have put the 3 dlls together with the OECGI in the script directory and access rights are "everyone". We have been using the OICGI together with OI 4.03 for 6 months without any problem. But after the upgrade to 4.13 the above problem occurred.

The thread was good and covered my problem, though not solved yet. I also recieved then message OECGI SetCurrentDirectory Failure. But I'm not happy with using then IIS server as a file server for our OI apps.

For a joke, create a user called SYSPROG in you app and use that username in your registry settings. I've had similar problems and for some reasons, can't get anyone but sysprog to work with the OECGI.

You mught like to check out the use of php (doesnt require oecgi).
I understand the Internet_Gateway was required only with Oicgi.
