ntdll.dll error (OpenInsight 64-bit)

Users occasionally receive a OpenInsight has stopped working message when accessing system via terminal server. I can replicate the issue also when logging in via developer mode (DV=1). It occurs every time when trying via developer mode. So I know this is probably a configuration issue. Other clients don't have this issue. DEP services are enabled on the terminal server but it shouldn't matter since it's not installed on the server. Or do I need to exclude the Client Setup files running on the terminal server?
OI version 9.4.1
Universal Driver version 4.7.2
Terminal Server - Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 base, DEP services on
Application server - Windows Server 2019 Standard, x64 based
Registry and Revparam file set to IPv4 address for Server name
Shortcut is a mapped drive
Event log messages:
Faulting module: ntdll.dll
Execption Code: 0x000000c6
Followed by: C00000C4 error
Thanks!

It might help to run the ClientSetup.exe on the Terminal Server. This should ensure that all client-side components are located on the machine running OpenInsight. If you are using 3rd party components (like our ActiveX controls), then make sure those are installed and registered on the Terminal Server as well.

The client is installed on the TS. I didn't think to check the OCX. Thanks for the heads up. Also, I meant to post this in 9x forum. Ugh.
