If errors are returned the return value is an @VM string of messages that correspond to the error. RTI_CDOMail relies on the .NET framework and if it isn't installer or able to start the framework one of the first errors will indicate "Unable to start RevDotNet…" as part of the return value.

This component relies on the ClientSetup.exe having been run on the workstation attempting to use this function.
