Blue screen with errormsg (OpenInsight)

Every day we get the "blue screen" with an windows message that somthing is wrong in a spec. VDX adress. In 95% of all the "blue screen" cases it solved it's self by pressing Enter. But in rest of the case it hangs the PC. It only happens on the PC with the OI application running.
We are using Novell client 2.2.0.0 on every PC and no PC have power-saveing enabled. The application is OI 3.7.2 running on about 130 PC in the LAN. All PC are using Windows 98 secound edition. Server is a Novell running 3.2 with NLM version 1.5 standard parameter.
Is there some parameter we have forgotten?
Would it help to sett Revparam to ServerOnly=1 ?
Could we thange to NT-Server and only user TCP/IP ?
We are open to any changed, please help

You should upgrade the client to 3.3.
If you do NOT have a REVPARAM file with ServerOnly=1 in EVERY folder that contain LK or OV files you should.
