Okay, I solved the Start_Window returning the null structure problem. Now, following the instructions, I should be able to pass the result to Utility('CREATE' as a parameter and have it start my window. But Utility returns 11 as a result. A "true" result supposedly indicates success, but no window is in fact created. What does the 11 signify? Could it have something to do with the fact that using Utility to create a window doesn't provide a parent id for the window?
