Display of Popup not working after RDK update (OpenInsight 64-bit)

Hi all,
I created a popup lookup on a client table which works fine on my development system. When I do a full RDK update to the client system, this popup stops to work.
On the label next to the edit field I have a quick event to display the popup. When I click on the label, the popup appears as normal. When I select any item from the popup, I get the debugger coming up with and error message:
OI Debugger:
Source: POPUP_EVENTS
Popup Error Message:
Runtime Error
ENG0016: POPUP_EVENTS, line 1. Non-numeric data when numeric required. Zero used.
System Monitor:
ENG0016: POPUP_EVENTS, line 1. Non-numeric data when numeric required. Zero used.
VMClient RevCAPI (11) Invalid Request Handle
VMClient RevCAPI (11) Invalid Request Handle
I can type in any client key as displayed on the popup directly into the edit fields and the read event will populate the rest of the form. As I said, this all works just fine on my development system.
Going back to the RDK that updates the client system, it's a full RDK with every change ever made. There are various forms all with lookups that work just fine after the RDK update. Just the Client file lookup behaves like this.
Things that I have checked and compared between the development system and the client system:
1. The client form with all the events
2. The file and all the dictionaries are identical.
3. Btree indexes are all the same and I regenerated all the indexes.
4. The popup is the same. I used the selection criteria in the popup to build a TCL List command and the results are the same.
5. I editied and re-saved all the forms, dictionaries & popups involved. No difference.
What is the cause of the ENG0016: POPUP_EVENTS, line 1. Non-numeric data when numeric required. Zero used?
Thanks for looking :)

Try running the RDK again - OI9 was bit funny at times with popups (not sure if carried over to OI10 OR you ARE refering to OI9  )

Hi Barry,
Thanks for that. Tried it twice more logging out and back in. Issue persists. It is on OI10.
