OIPI problem with Print Preview (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

I installed fresh OI 8.0.3 on it and upgraded it to OI 8.0.8 and installed SRP and other add on programs.

Application has dozens of PDF reports w/o any preview windows and they work normally on old computer.

Same exact code on NEW computer always brings up OIPI print preview?

Init parameters are set right.

Is the some patch for OIPI I have forgotten to install to make this work correctly?

I do not know any preview error in 8.0.8.
