The number of prompts that ought to be prompted for. Normally this is equal to the count of prompts in the WC_PROMPTS% array but if set to less than the total count, will omit the final prompts. Note that a WC_Display_Action% of 7 will reload the WC_W%() array from the WC_PROMPTS% array (even if a WC_Redisplay_List% is specified), in so doing recalculating WC_W_Cnt%.
