This problem is similar to an earlier problem in 2005. I have a form, FORM1, with text controls and an OLE control. The values of the text controls are changed by the CREATE event of the form. The form is a multiple instance form, and is called from another form, FORM2.
I can erase the text controls and the OLE control by moving one form over the other like a paint brush.
I have made FORM2 both a parent of FORM1 and not. I am calling FORM1 from FORM2 with START_WINDOW. I am using OI 7.2.1.
Any ideas?

I made the form by copying controls which were on another form. I copied the controls as a group, by left clicking and dragging the mouse across the controls.
When I pasted the copied controls on the new form, it doubled every control, so that the empty controls were then placed over the controls with values, exactly in the same position, when the form refreshed.
Maybe I pressed ctrl-V twice, therefore copying twice.
This weekend I'll do a test to see if it was me or if the group copy and paste has a little bug.
