What Type of workstation are you using? Is the write-behind caching turned off?



You choose rebuild all indexes in all tables? We usually don't recommend rebuilding all at once. It's safer to rebuild all indexes in each table, one table at a time, even in Arev.

What version of OpenInsight is this occuring in?  Do you have the 'maintain columns in the repository' option checked?  I remember in earlier versions of OI where this caused major problems and stopped the system being indexed with an RIX101.  It was related to the Form Designer writing bad keys into the repository if you had a DB Edit table on the form.



Check your SYSREPOS table for bad keys, and I'd also recommend checking the uses and used-by columns too.
