Date and Time Picker controls
Specifies the maximum date and time that can be entered in the control. This is a standard Revelation DateTime format of:
<date> : "." : <time>
Where date is the number of days elapsed since December 31, 1967, and time is the fraction (percentage) of the day that has elapsed.
