The SYSTEM object
This property returns a dynamic array of monitor information. Each field in the array contains the following details for each monitor:
* Monitor Handle
* Monitor rectangle (left, top, right, bottom)
* Monitor work area (left, top, right, bottom)
* Flags
* Device name
