We recently applied a 5 user bump (or whatever you call them now) to our 3.12 system. As the bump was being applied, AREV aborted and dropped back to DOS. The bump was applied and appeared to be okay. Since then, we have had more than our share of expanded memory and other wierd errors.

We're now wondering if when the bump was applied and the system crashed if the EXE (or some other system file) became corrupt. Is it possible for us to send you our EXE and then you send us back a new one with the same number of users? We don't have a backup of the EXE before the bump.

Thanks,

Paul

Paul,

Regarding your Arev.exe file problem I have several questions:

- What platform are you running on? (Win95, Win98, WinNT, DOS, etc.)

- When you speak of expanded memory, do you mean to say extended? And what do these errors say? What other error messages do you get specifically?

Any other information you can provide would be appreciated.

Regards,

Stephen Revelation
