Group Lock Timeout (AREV Specific)

I have a client (2 users) consistently getting 'Group lock timeout error' with a code of FS1013 when they are both using the application. They are using WFW 3.11 on an NT network. They are using the All Networks driver 1.1.1.0, but do not have NT Service. They share a PIF which has background processing enabled. Any ideas?!?

What is the effect of have 0 values for both the Deadlock posting and Deadlock checking parameters??
