We are working with an IBM 2381 Plus printer and we have downloaded the latest driver from the internet. The problem we are having is that any report we send in Portrait orientation prints in very large font. If we take the same report and switch the orientation to Landscape (in the Print Setup for that report), it prints fine. The problem is we are trying to print on a tractor feed form that cannot be put in the printer sideways. All other programs print to this printer fine in both orientations. If we try the same routine with an HP6 printer, everything works fine. However, laser printers do not work well with multi-part forms. We have tried versions 3.5 and 3.7 of OpenInsight and noticed no change. Is there any known conflicts with this printer or any other printer, and has anybody ever seen this happen before? Is there a solution to this problem that does not include buying another printer?
