Can Table Manager be used to open and examine the dictionary contents of system tables?

I know I can use system editor to view the dictionary columns in any table, but I would prefer to use the Table Builder's functionality.

In one of the recent releases, we added the capability to work on system table dictionaries from within SYSPROG. Please be careful, though, since the Table Builder will sometimes renumber fields etc.
