There seems to be some inconsistentcy in that it will either create an ENG10 error in RDKINSTALL, do nothing at all, or work okay. It would be very useful to have further insight into this or similar related problems with deployment.

How are you doing the install? I send updates to a client using the module update utility without much of a hitch. Seems to be working better than the check-outs we were doing before.
