This is an annoying message that has been with OI since the early OIWG 3.x . It finally annoyed me enough today to make me post it here in the hope that it will be fixed in a next release.
Basically, in Database Manager, when you delete a table, at the end of the deletion process a message box pops up with the message:
FS100 Record "" does not exist
The delete process goes through not problem, but it's annoying to have an error message show up when there is no error to speak of.
Rev, please fix this :)

Dave,
Are you removing both the data and dictionary portion?

John,
No, I'm only selecting the data portion from the list. The dictionary is usually deleted with it.
But as I tried it one more time today, surprise, surprise, no more FS message . I swear to you though that it has been giving me that message on and off ever since I can remember working with OIWG.
I wonder what condition could trigger something like that?
Anyway, it's not a major bug, just an annoyance every once in a while…
