RAM disk larger than 32MB (AREV Specific)

I asked this question in a response to another thread…but in case it got overlooked I'd like to ask it anew.
Is it possible to create a RAM disk larger than 32MB under Win98? We would like to get one very large (conceivably 400MB if possible) but we can work with any size that is achievable. So far we've been using RAMDRIVE.SYS in a custom CONFIG.SYS but any value large than 32MB yields an invalid parameter message.
Does anyone else manufacture utilities for this (e.g. QuarterDeck)? I'd appreciate any tips.
Thanks,

I'm not sure about the max size of a RAM file in Win98, but I found some information on the Microsoft site
Basically this article claims that using RAMDRIVE.SYS you can "set up as many RAM drives as you want, up to the amount of memory your computer has".

Chris,
Thanks for the link. Actually it does state that 32MB is the largest RAM disk that can be created (which is why we are looking to see if a third party utility will work around this.)
We really can't use multiple RAM disks because we need to copy whole AREV tables which exceed this size into them.
