lrdex.sub stack overflow error (AREV Specific)

We've got a client who is running our software, which is built with arev 2.12, on windows95 machines, over a novell 3.11 network and running the NLM. Now everything was working fine up until this morning when he rang citing an error message reading 'lrdex.sub line 1 B31 Stack overflow' at logon.
They have no other applications running while running our software and as far as the network support guy knows nothing has changed since yesterday. No workstations can log into Arev, they all recieve this message. We've tried the trusty, 'log out and log back in again' method, but that didn't fix it. Expanded memory is active, and the workstations are running the appropriate TSR's.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Try logging into SYSPROG then going into the app.
Copy the system locally and try again.
If you get in at all, see which file it's bombing on then remove the quickdex from it.

Looks like maybe you have a quickdex on SYSOBJ. What happens is that when attaching the file it tries to load quickdex. First place it looks is on SYSOBJ so it opens SYSOBJ which loads quickdex, etc., etc. As you can see, this quickly overflows the program stack.
If this is the problem, restoring an old version of REVMEDIA.LK and REVMEDIA.OV will fix your problem. Save copies in case there has been any activity like adding/removing indexes or files or renaming files, etc. that you may need to re-establish.
