Hello everybody

I have a serious problem,

I am emigrating an application to the version 7.2.0 of OpenInsight and when making the deploy and to try to enter to the new application (with the user that is believed by default), it doesn't appear any error, my application doesn't simply run, it stays in an empty window.

I treated copying the files OCX and DLL that missed to the path of the new runtime, but it continues equal.

Can somebody help me?

What version of OI are upgrading from? How are deploying and installing to the new system?

Hello Sean,

The version of OI previous is 3.7

To the new system I made all the necessary upgrades (3.7.2, 3.7.4, 3.7.5,… .4.1.3…. etc.) until arriving to the version 7.2.0

and the runtime I made it from this version with a full system deploy

Please email your development oengine.dll to info@revelation.com. We will send you back a single user runtime for 7.2. I think this will solve the problem.
