All,
Please refrain from downloading the 8.0.2 upgrade.
It has come to our attention that the incorrect versions of certain executables (e.g. OECGI2.exe) were released. There have also been some additional issues that have arisen and been addressed.
We will release a new version of OpenInsight during the first week of December (next week). This new version will be OpenInsight 8.0.3. Version 8.0.3 will be able to upgrade versions 8.0 and above.
If you have already upgraded to 8.0.2 or received an Authorization Code to upgrade, it will not be necessary to complete another Upgrade Request Form. We will send you an email with an Authorization Code for 8.0.3, when it is released. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
Thank you,
Revelation Software

How about removing the link on the download page of the v8.02 upgrade, just so someone doesn't accidently download and install.
maybe replace the v8.02 download with the v8.03 upgrade? just a thought.
Regards.

Stacy,
The upgrade was removed yesterday. The link is still active to the 8.0.2 upgrade so that when the 8.0.3 is posted there is not a gap between 8.0.1 and 8.0.3. The reasoning is that if there is a gap then we will receive inquiries regarding the 8.0.2 upgrade and then someone will say why not put up a message saying that 8.0.2 was removed.
