XP, OI 7.1.1 and Edit Table Column headers in UTF-8 (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

UTF-8 mode is a real solution for non-English languages. Now, since I switched my application to UTF-8 mode, I have seen several things that not work under this mode, but work in ANSI. I have the sensation that the improvements and changes from one OI version to another are not being fully tested in UTF-8 before each release, as happened with the multiple key XLATE, and the CheckLegalUser function, to take some examples.
What is needed to gain access to beta releases?. I saw that certain members of the Works have access, and I think I would help to test beta releases in UTF-8 since I have a complete application using UTF-8 mode in a non-English language.
