Hard to tell for sure, and it seems that if I set parameter3 to false$ then line marks are kept. If I set parameter3 to true$ then line marks are not kept. It's like a "yes I don't" or "No I do" thing. Unfortunately I am using a very questionable method to verify this. I was hoping to get other opinions of this.
Syntax
retval=Repository('COMPILE', entID, parameter1, parameter2, parameter3)
parameter3
for windows, a boolean indicating whether or not linemarks should be kept.

For STPROC entities the COMPILE method parameter3 is "stripLineMarks". The default is to keep them (null or FALSE$).
