Is it possible to get a text to blink/flash with a warning.

I asked this question a couple of years ago and the solution with the timer works but has anyone found a simpler way?

Yes. Focus on the text. Then close and open your eyes repeatedly.

Plug in an HTML OCX, if you can find one that supports the tag. (The only browser that supports is Netscape, according to what I've read.) Put the warning between and tags, write to an HTML document and get the OCX to show it.

Or if the OCX supports JavaScript you might use a script to do the blinking.

Thanks Oystein, but using the timer seems easier

Bertil,

I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune. Hope you get better.

Btw - "pulling your leg" was the wrong expression, as I wasn't trying to fool you. I tried to say there might be alternatives, but probably not easier ones. And if by chance there is a better solution out there I hoped to provoke somebody into supplying it.
