Blinking Text (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

Btw - "pulling your leg" was the wrong expression, as I wasn't trying to fool you. I tried to say there might be alternatives, but probably not easier ones. And if by chance there is a better solution out there I hoped to provoke somebody into supplying it.
