I have a question raised by my support desk:

Something that was raised with Revelation years ago was the problem where if say you have a 2 user SDP and a third person tries to start OI - you get the OI message Too many users.

This leaves a OI process running - which has to be stopped using Task Manager or a reboot before you can try again.

As more and more users are locked out of doing things - and more especially on Citrix where the user can't access the task manager on the citrix server - it means a call to their IT support or a reboot.

Is there any solution to this?

I am aware that the new RCL.DLL removes left behind engines on Vista and under some XP situations, but whether this has any impact is unknown.

It is becoming quite important to resolve now, so any suggestions most welcome.
