Missing IDE Menu (IDE(New 10+))

Carl - Thanks for the tips. Based on your comment I am beginning to think this is video card related. I told Windows to remove my card and I had it reinstall it. My menu is now back…for now.
I will try Spy++ next time to confirm what is going on.
P.S. I don't think it is AV related. That is usually my go to suspicion so I had it temporarily disabled.
