7.3 widgets get resized (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

Trying to resize will only drop it to 20.
What's the fix? and how to you control / manage the size of a widget so that when you bring it onto the canvas, that they're a size you want rather than the system delivered defaults.

It sounds like you have the snap to grid setting turned on. It's in the Tools-]Preferences menu option off the form designer.
