I checked the Sysdict record and it shows RLIST in F1 and DAY in F3

Another thing is if the field is indexed, selects are not resolved against the index when the "TODAY" keyword is used. This is the same as in ARev so I don't know if it should be considered a bug or not. I would consider it a bug since the idea of shortcuts like this are to save time for the user.
