Deploy application changes

From a runtime environment - rdkinstall the patch.

Run the window with menus - lo and behold - has OI Menu On & Window Menu on. I then swap a devel engine under this, run the UI workspace, and sure enough the options are "On".

What's going wrong with this picture, and how do I overcome the deployment so that the menus don't have the additional menu options on? Happy to run a program after the rdkinstall to "massage" a record to turn these flags off.

There is a SYSENV record called MENUCONTROL. It is a two field record:

POS 1=OI Menu

POS 2=Windows Menu

The positions are boolean fields so you can just set both to 0 and deploy the record.
