Hi, Jim. Yes, this is a known (but still unresolved) problem that sometimes occurs with the BRW. We haven't been able to recreate it repeatedly to try and track down what's causing it, but it does seem related to running the BRW in the "shared engine" mode. If possible, changing the CFG_OIBRW for this user so that it uses a separate oengine (rather than sharing the one on the desktop) may result in the problem going away.
