If the window was invoked in Table Mode (by typing WINDOW Template TABLE.ON at TCL) then this variable will be set to a non-zero value. If this is the case then pressing <Esc> when in table mode will cause the window to close and exit. If this value is set to zero then pressing <Esc> in table mode will cause the window to return to normal operation keeping the current browse list if applicable.
The non-zero value appears to be equal to the position of the literal "TABLE.ON" in @Sentence minus 1. E.G. If @Sentence was "WINDOW DUMMY 1 2 3 TABLE.ON" then WC_Table_Exit_Mode% would be set to 19.
