Creating a New Record, Insert, or Stored Procedure

The System Editor uses the same procedure to create new records for any system table, insert, or stored procedure. The procedure below describes how to create these code modules.

Procedure: To Create a New Record, Insert, or Stored Procedure

• Choose New from the System Editor File menu, then select from either Stored Procedure, Record, or Insert.
• The System Editor creates a child window with an appropriate title as shown in the following figure. Each child window created during a System Editor session is numbered. This number is displayed in the title bar of each child window.
