CREATE Service
Description
Creates user interface object(s), as well as controls. Used by Create_Dialog(), Dialog_Box(), and Start_MDIChild().
Note: This is a Windows only function.
Parameters

| <object> | @FM:@VM:@SVM - delimited list of object-records. Refer to PS_EQUATES insert record for layout. |
| returnvalue | True if objects were created successfully. False if the operation failed. |
